Look out world here she comes

Kaytlin is now pulling up and standing on her own for about 30 seconds. It will not be long before she is walking. She is in a hurry to do everything.

Kaytlin's Great Aunt Marsha Great Uncle Ken and 3rd cousin Robert came to visit from Maine. This was their first time meeting her. We had a family get together and Kaytlin loved the attention. She was especially fascinated with Great Aunt Marsha Scooter. Marsha has MS and uses the scooter to help her get around. Kaytlin really wanted to drive and got frusterated that she could not.

Crawling progress

Kaytlin is now crawling. However she does not do it the conventional way. Instead she crawls on her hands and feet. It is quite funny to watch. She is a girl on the move. Whatever she wants she makes a bee line for whether it is something she should have or not. Her favorite things to crawl to are shoes, diapers, dvds, cords and table legs. Keeping up with her is also another story. No sooner do I redirect her from one no no than she gets to another. And to top it all off she is pulling up to try and walk. AHHHH I am not read for that.

Kaytlin really enjoys eating her big toe. Well what can I say she enjoys eating anything she can get her hands on.

We were trying to encourage Kaytlin to crawl with her toys. It did not work.

Trying to crawl

Kaytlin is trying so hard to crawl. She is just starting to lift one hand and try to move. Before she would get on her hands and knees but not dare move her hands. She gets very frustrated that she cannot do what she wants to do. But for a girl who can't crawl she sure moves fast.
